FIVE CIRCLES SOMATICS

Come            to yourself

home

Nervous-system-informed somatic occupational therapy for highly sensitive, neurodivergent, uniquely wired, and deeply feeling humans.
For those who feel deeply, process differently, and long to feel more connected to their bodies, their inner wisdom, and the lives they are creating.

You might be here because...

  • You have spent years trying to understand yourself, but understanding alone has not changed what you experience in your body.

  • You often feel everything deeply—or find yourself disconnected from what you feel entirely.

  • Your body has learned to navigate the world through bracing, masking, overriding, pleasing, disconnecting, or remaining constantly alert.

  • You may struggle to recognize what your body needs until you are already overwhelmed, depleted, or in pain.

  • You sense that your symptoms and patterns are not evidence that you are broken, but meaningful responses asking to be understood.

  • You long to feel more at home in your body, trust what you know, advocate for what you need, and live with greater authenticity.

  • You are not here to be fixed. You are here to be met with curiosity, compassion, and space for your whole self.

A space for your

whole self

Five Circle Somatics honors the many ways we experience, process, and make meaning of being human.

This work brings together occupational therapy, somatic practice, sensory and nervous-system science, compassionate presence, intuition, creativity, and respect for the wisdom already living within you. Here, sensitivity is not something to overcome. Neurodivergence is not separated from the body. Science and intuition do not have to compete.
Together, we explore how your nervous system, sensory experiences, body, environment, identity, and daily life influence one another—and identify supports that create greater access, choice, connection, and sustainability.

The Five

Circles

A living map of what it means to be human—offered with curiosity, without rigid answers. The circles are not stages, steps, or separate parts of you. They are interwoven aspects of being human.

HEART
BODY
MIND
INNER KNOWING
SPIRIT
  • BODY - Sensation, sensory processing, nervous-system awareness, and interoception

  • HEART - Emotion, love, compassion, and relationship

  • MIND - Science, occupational therapy, education, and reflection

  • INNER KNOWIGN -  Cellular wisdom, creativity, intuition, and authentic self

  • SPIRIT & CONSCIOUSNESS -  Purpose, meaning, connection, and belonging

The spiral at the center represents integration—the nonlinear process of returning, remembering, and becoming.

Where we might begin

There is no single place where this work must begin. We may begin with sensory overwhelm, difficulty recognizing internal cues, nervous-system patterns, tension or disconnection in the body, masking, burnout, daily routines, workplace needs, pelvic health, or a desire to participate in life more authentically and sustainably.

Wherever we begin, we follow what feels meaningful to you and what your system has the capacity to meet.

About

Kayla

I’m Kayla Bryant, an occupational therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, board-certified biofeedback
practitioner, and deeply feeling, neurodivergent human.
My work lives at the meeting place of science and intuition, clinical knowledge and lived experience, structure and
mystery.
I created the Five Circles as a way of honoring the whole person—not as a collection of symptoms or parts to fix,
but as an interconnected human being with an inherent capacity for wisdom, connection, creativity, and change.

Reflections

THOUGHTS FROM THE MEETING PLACE OF BODY, HEART, MIND, INNER KNOWING, AND SPIRIT.

Reflections is a space for writing about the many ways we experience, process, and make meaning of being human.
Here, I explore nervous-system and sensory experiences, neurodivergence, embodiment, pelvic health, sexuality,
occupational therapy, creativity, intuition, identity, and the ongoing practice of coming home to ourselves.
These reflections are not intended to offer rigid answers or a single path forward.
They are invitations—to pause, become curious, consider another perspective, and listen for what resonates within
your own experience.
